Greetings Adventurers,

Here are the latest update details for 4Classic 4Story on February 23, 2025 (Sun).

Companion System

After a long wait, companions have finally arrived on 4Classic!

  • You can access the UI by pressing the Comma (,) key on the keyboard
  • Companions
    • Each player starts with one Starter Companion
  • Groups
    • To activate a companions bonus you have to move them into one of the three groups.
    • The companion that is on the first slot of your activated group will be displayed next to your character.
    • You can activate a different group by clicking on it. The currently active group is marked in green.
    • You can have up to 5 companions per group, all of which options will be applied to your character.
  • Levels
    • Levels are independant of your companion.
    • Your companions stats will be applied to your character based on your companion level. For Level 1, 33% of the total stats will be applied, 66% for level 2 and 100% for level 3.
    • To increase your companions level, you need to use Companion Food. This item can be crafted in Iberian Peace Zone.
    • Over time, your companions will lose its level, so make sure to always feed your companions. Alternatively, you can buy "Unlimited Companion Food (30d)" from the Item Shop. This will prevent your companions from losing its level, however it does not boost them to level 3 automatically.
    • Your companions will get bigger with each level. Alternatively, you can buy "Unlimited Companion Size (30d)" from the Item Shop. This item allows you to change your Companion Size from 1 to 5 to make it either smaller or bigger than what is normally possible.
  • Boni
    • Each companion can hold only one bonus. To add a new bonus, you first need to remove the old one using a "Companion's Cleansing Formula"
    • Using the new "Companion's Arcane Reagent" you can create "Companion's Rune of Bundling" with one of 16 different boni.
    • You can apply your Rune of Bundling by right clicking your companion in the UI and selecting "Apply stat". The base chance for transfer is 20%. Using a "Companion's Letter" item increases it to 50%.

Dream

A new farm area is available from the Iberian Peace Zone portal. Use this area to farm the following items.

  • Companion craft materials
  • Oil Soaked Material
  • Gleaming Herbs

Mission War

  • Added balancing System. All Players will now be accepted into the battle, however if there's too big of a difference between countries, some Players will be moved to the opposite Nation.
  • Registration window now Shows class balance instead of Nation balance
  • Players now get teleported to the start at the beginning of the battle
  • The same map can no longer be Chosen back to back

Battle of Iberia

  • Replaced old Maps with 3 new ones: Infernal Keep, Gemstone Mine, Gebra Valley
  • Removed Hotswap System when Teams get pushed back into the base
  • Removed Damage & Slow Safezones
    • There are still Peaceful areas in which players can't be attacked by the enemies
  • Added new Balancing buff. For every 10 kill difference between countries, the weaker Country will receive 10 additional Damage, up to a total of 50.
  • The same map can no longer be Chosen back to back

Battle Modes

  • Replaced Strong Armour Potions with Large Armour Potions in Champions of Iberia
  • Fixed Statue defense in Battle of the Worlds

Miscellaneous

  • Increased Mercenary Slots at Guild Level 10 from 7 to 21.
  • Reduced assassins Tournament weapon strength to 12 for claw and 10 for swords

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed White Ratha Panda Icon
  • Fixed Vampire Mask (Black)
  • Fixed hair when wearing Snorkel headwear
  • Potential fix for macros not loading/saving on some systems

Item Shop

  • Mysterious Treasure Chest - Akatsuki - available for a limited time only
  • Mysterious Treasure Chest - OG Companion - available for a limited time only
  • Companion Starter Pack - available for a limited time only
  • Companion Effect Change Scroll (Classic Collection) - available for a limited time only
