Greetings Adventurers,

Here are the latest update details for 4Classic 4Story for September 15, 2026 (Tue).

Build your own skill bars and place them anywhere on screen, separate from the normal hotbars.

Opening it: Key Settings → Advanced Hotkeys (next to Macro Builder).

Bars

Make as many bars as you want with Add Bar. You can name, turn off, delete or search for each bar.
Each bar has these settings:
- Slots: 1 to 15
- Vertical layout: stack the slots top to bottom instead of side by side
- Scale: 0.25× to 4×
- Spacing: the gap between slots
- Transparency: 10–100% visible
Class Visibility: pick which classes can see a bar. A Warrior-only bar and a Mage-only bar can use the same keys without clashing.
Lowering the slot count only hides the extra slots. Raise it again and they come back as they were.
To move a bar, unlock the interface and drag it, the same way you move other HUD elements.

Slots

Slots can hold skills, items and mounts, including your Favorite Mounts.
Drag entries in from the skill window, your inventory, the normal hotbar or another slot. You can also drag them back onto the normal hotbar.
Drag one slot onto another to swap them. Drop an entry on empty space to clear the slot.
Slots show cooldown timers, item counts and greyed-out skills, just like the normal hotbar. Toggle skills that are switched on are highlighted, and pressing them again turns them off.
Alt+Click a slot to post it in chat.
Skills your character hasn't learned show as an empty slot. Their tooltip still works, but they can't be used. This lets one bar work across several characters.
Turn off Use on click on a slot to avoid misclicks. Its keybind still works.

Keybinds

Give any slot a keyboard key, with or without Ctrl, Alt or Shift. Mouse 4 and Mouse 5 work too.
A slot's key comes before the normal game command on that key. Key Settings marks those commands with (Advanced Hotkey). Macros on the same key still run.
If you bind a key another slot already uses, the older slot loses it, unless the two bars are for different classes.

Audio Alerts

Add your own WAV sound (up to 2 MB) to any skill slot. It plays when that skill's cooldown ends.
Each alert has its own volume and a test button.

Export / Import

Tick the bars you want and export them to a .hotkeys.json file. You can include the sound files, so the bars come with their alerts.
Importing adds the bars next to yours and never replaces anything. Keybinds in imported bars are removed, so someone else's setup can't change your keys.
If a file was shared without its sounds, any sound you already have with the same name is used instead.

Good to Know

Bars are saved on your PC in the AdvancedHotkeys folder inside the game folder. Every account and character on that PC shares them, so use Class Visibility to keep them apart.
