Here are the latest update details for 4Classic 4Story on October 12, 2026 (Mon).

Added International Trade Chat tab that reaches players of both nations
- Messages must start with WTS, WTB or WTT and stay under 120 characters
- Web addresses are not allowed
- Requires level 30
- One message every 60 seconds
- Messages are also posted in All Chat for visibility and show the sender's nation as [V] or [D]
Remington's Gear upgrades to +5 and higher are no longer announced in chat. You still get the normal upgrade success message

Added Raid Announcement command (/ann or /announce) for guild raid callouts
- Sends a callout of up to 30 characters to everyone in your raid, shown as a banner on screen and in raid chat
- Usable between 20:30 and 22:00 server time
- A guild can announce once every 30 seconds
- The Guild Master and Submasters can always announce. The Guild Master can grant or revoke it for other members from the guild member menu
Added Guild Log for Guild Masters and Submasters
- Open it with the "Guild Log" button on the Summary tab of the Guild window
- Lists kicks, invites, accepted applications, mercenary hires, title and rank changes, AP rewards, Raid Announcement grants and Submaster / Guild Master appointments
- Entries are kept for 90 days

Evocator pets are now always at least as fast as their owner, including while the owner is riding a mount. The pet's own speed buffs are still applied to its default speed
Reduced the price of portals between Blonea locations from 19 Silver 95 Copper to 4 Silver. Portals to Magnaktia and Markut keep their price
Farm buffs no longer count down in Mirhur

Added "Mute Footsteps" setting (also mutes mount and companion footsteps)
Added "Mute Environment Sounds" setting that mutes area ambience and scenery sounds. Characters, monsters, skills and music are not affected

Improved 3D sound: volume and direction now follow the camera while a sound is playing
Performance improvements, especially in crowded areas and mass PvP
Added "FPS Lock" setting under Graphics > General (Off, 30, 60, 75, 90, 120, 144, 165 or 240 FPS)
Added hover tooltips to the "Classic Terrain" and "FPS Lock" settings

Added "Caps Lock is on" hint at the login screen
The "Trash Runes" button now also destroys Companion Runes of Bundling, keeping only the ones whose roll is coloured in the tooltip

Fixed Magic Book and Fiery Motorcycle mounts showing an oversized selection circle and shadow
Fixed issue with warrior shields sometimes rendering inside out
Fixed Crafting UI not displaying the required material amount correctly when you have too many items in your inventory
Fixed the questlines inside the level 39, 49, 59, 60 and 69 dungeons not being repeatable after the first run. These quest steps no longer give gold
