Bug fixes

• Fixed sky/lighting in Dungeon PG Map
• Fixed use of Priest's Raven skill in new PG maps
• Fixed issue with typing in some inputs not working (captcha, Security code)
• Fixed issue with "X" button not working on some UIs
• You can no longer stun Dummies
• Invisibility Potion Playground option now disables all types of Invisibility potions
• Captcha input is now focused automatically on login
• Captcha window on login can now be closed by pressing Escape
• Increased rate limiting to 15 logins/5 minutes
• Fixed bug in Playground that caused messages such as "Kill or be killed" to be spammed
• Removed +15 item cap in Document 10 Mission war
• Removed shadows from COI Tarat Map, Document 10 Mission war
